Located in Upper Tumon, Guam U.S.A., Carlos Heights area, the Horizon complex is located at the end of S. Luisa St. The official address is Guam Horizon Townhouse Homeowners Association, S. Directions: From Marine Corps Drive heading northbound, turn right at the Carlos Heights, after the Chinese School. Then, turn right on the S. Luisa St. until you reach the entrance gate of Guam Horizon Townhouse.

Guam Horizon Townhouse consists of 13 buildings with 48 units . The Horizon Townhouse, its owners, the Board of Directors works hard to make the Horizon Townhouses, a quiet, safe and peaceful place to live. The Association has created "House Rules" for everyone to follow so that we may all enjoy the peaceful surroundings of our home.
