The Annual Home Owners Meeting is planned for March 2022. The Board of Directors will be meeting on January to finalize the date. all homeowners will be notified once it is set. For further details, you may contact Property management, REMAX Diamond Realty. 

Due to the COVID Outbreak and the on-going pandemic here on Guam, the Board of Directors were not able to hold meetings. Due to this, the planning of the upkeep of maintenance and other issues have been delayed. In 2022, the B.O.D., plans to finish the long awaited plans to keep up with the maintenance, safety and upkeep of the common areas and exterior aspects this year. We have added 24 hours surveillance cameras, and hope to increase more cameras. 

The Homeowners Association, Board of Directors are happy to announce the Entrance Gates are in working order and will make sure to keep our gates closed for the safety of all homeowners and tenants. The pedestrian gate (walk in gate) is still being worked on. Once this project has been completed, all homeowners will be notified of the ways to access the walk in gate. 

Each unit is allowed up to three cell numbers or number of vehicles owned to enter into the gate system for use with entering the Horizon Townhouse.  (There are remote control units that can be purchased for a cost. Please inquire property manager for the remote control units. Each unit only has three remotes that can be purchased. If you have purchased three remotes, you will not be able to purchase anymore remote units). 

The Board of Directors are in discussion to have all our sidewalks water blasted. Once we are certain to be in the dry season of the year, we will be planing to make our sidewalks clean and safe. 

Due to the heavy raining season in the later part of 2021, The Association was not able to re-coat the roofs of each building. We have had some buildings having leaking roofs as well as keeping our roofs insulated for the hot weather we experience on Guam.
